1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans (Pro, Pro Plus, Pro Max). If you're not satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase.

2. Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund:

Refund must be requested within 30 days of purchase
You must have used less than 50 credits after purchase
You must contact support with your order ID

⚠️ Important: Customers are encouraged to test the platform with their 50 free credits before subscribing. Refunds are NOT eligible if 50+ credits have been consumed after purchase.

3. Credit Top-Ups

Credit top-up purchases (100, 500, 1500 credit packs) are non-refundable once delivered to your account.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

Through your Gumroad account dashboard
Via the "Cancel Subscription" option in our dashboard

You retain access to Pro features until your current billing period ends.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed by Gumroad within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method.
